I am a highly skilled paediatric occupational therapist living and working on the Central Coast, NSW. I have extensive experience in various settings, including schools, hospitals, private practice, and community environments. Over the years, I have developed a strong belief in the power of collaborative work with families to achieve meaningful progress for children. My approach is playful and creative, and I aim to understand and respect the child’s unique experience. My therapy is guided by the child and their parents, empowering parents to gain insights into their child’s development and equip them to support their child’s growth beyond therapy sessions. I have experience working with a diverse range of children and adopts a neurodiversity-affirming approach, celebrating and building upon each child’s unique strengths and characteristics. As a mother of two young boys, I am also on the journey of learning and growing as a parent.
If your child has a disability, they may be eligible to receive funding support for therapy under the NDIS.
To learn more, please visit the NDIS Website or contact me.
If your child has a diagnosed condition that requires occupational therapy intervention, they may be eligible for partial rebate of therapy sessions under the Chronic Disease Management Plan. Please speak with your GP to find out more information.
Your Private Health Fund may cover your child for occupational therapy sessions. Please speak to your private health fund to find out more.

I take a neuro-affirming, strengths-based, and connection-driven approach to therapy. My focus is on building strong, trusting relationships with each child, supporting their engagement, and helping them discover and grow their unique strengths. Therapy is playful and dynamic—I incorporate plenty of movement, sensory exploration, and creative activities to make each session meaningful and fun.
Mobile therapy means I come to you—I travel to your child’s location rather than you coming to a clinic. Sessions are most often held in the home or school environment, but can also take place at local parks or other suitable locations, depending on what best supports your child’s needs. This flexible approach helps reduce the stress of travel and can make it easier for you to stay present for other children or responsibilities at home.
I will bring along a range of equipment, games, and activities tailored to your child’s needs, ensuring each session is engaging, meaningful, and goal-focused. I make the most of the space you have at home and am happy to incorporate any equipment you already own—like a swing or trampoline—when it’s appropriate for your child’s therapy.
As a mobile service, provider travel is charged in accordance with NDIS pricing guidelines. Travel is billed per minute for the time taken to and from your appointment. I do my best to group client visits by location wherever possible, to help minimise travel costs for families.
